I reviewed the settings you suggested, but they did not fix the OneDrive issue. I have not assigned a Drive Letter to OneDrive, it just appears in my Windows Explorer as a local file. Switch to the “View” tab and tick/untick “Always show icons, never thumbnails”, and “Display file icon on thumbnails”. This morning I had a popup that Microsoft needed to install some updates, I agreed and rebooted my system, but now I don’t have any thumbnails anymore for MP3 / MP4 / PDF files. Thumbnail previews will not show while using a Small icons, List, or Details folder layout. Once I got MP4 working I exported those settings and appended to them to this file.
